Starting from today all Tix Clocks shipped will be fitted with a more accurate time keeping chip and USB connectivity.
I am now utilising the DS3231 time keeping chip which has a claimed accuracy of ±2ppm which equates to around 1 minute a year:

Also added is USB connectivity for future features. The main feature being able to upgrade the firmware of the Tix clock via a PC. I am also looking at adding setting functionality via a windows application to allow for accurate time setting and other future features.
