18th February 2019 – A proud moment I’d like to share…

Nine years ago I made a replica of a Tix Clock – for fun. A year later I posted instructions on how to make that replica on a website called Instructables and on my own web page gweeds.net. As the original Tix Clock is no longer in production, I received many requests from people all over the world to build one for them. Because of those requests, that replica morphed through many designs, both electronically and physically into a more featured and unique product I call the Tix II. In May of 2017 I created this web site to gauge response and was overwhelmed by the interest in something I had created. In August 2018 after having my manufacturing processes sorted out, I sold my first unit to a customer in the USA and orders have not stopped coming in. Today I am wrapping my 50 and 51st units to go to another customer in the USA, a milestone I didn’t think I’d achieve so quickly. To date I have sold to the USA, Canada, England, Norway, Germany, Austria, Singapore, Japan, Australia and of course, New Zealand
